Dear Carmen,

I would like to thank you for adding "bottle tree" and "tomato in a bottle" to your favorites.

In most circumstances, I offer gifts of various smileys and emoticons to thank you for this. But then I realized you live in Cancún. CANCUN

Yes! Well, I no longer live there the whole year, but still I think I'm pretty far far away. But thank you for thinking about it :)

I aim to try the "tomato in a bottle". I saw some "wild" tomatoes growing near an bunch of rocks. Maybe if I take one of the little plants it will work, what do you think?

I don't see why not... I've had luck transplanting small ones into bottles. The trick is to not overwater them. Good luck!

And then I prematurely hit "send." Because there's a foot of snow on the ground here! Enjoy that weather!
